Agreement to Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Fill It In ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.
Description of Service
Fill It In is a creative storytelling application that allows users to:
- Create personalized stories by filling in prompted blanks
- Generate AI-powered illustrations for stories
- Save and share completed stories
- Upload photos to incorporate into generated artwork (Photo Mode)
User Conduct
You agree to use the App responsibly and not to:
- Create content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable
- Attempt to generate inappropriate or harmful content
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose
- Upload photos without proper rights or consent
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Attempt to circumvent usage limits or subscription requirements
Content Ownership
Your Content: You retain ownership of any original content you input into the App (words, photos). By using the App, you grant us a limited license to process this content solely for generating your stories.
Generated Content: Stories and artwork generated by the App are provided for your personal use. You may share generated content but should not misrepresent AI-generated content as human-created.
Premium Subscription
Fill It In offers premium features through in-app subscription:
- Payment is processed through Apple's App Store
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
- Manage or cancel subscriptions through your App Store settings
- Refunds are handled according to Apple's refund policies
Intellectual Property
The App, including its design, features, code, and branding, is owned by Fill It In and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without permission.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:
- The App will be uninterrupted or error-free
- Generated content will meet your expectations
- All features will be available at all times
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fill It In shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.
AI-Generated Content
Content generated by AI may occasionally produce unexpected or inappropriate results. We implement content filters, but cannot guarantee all generated content will be suitable for all audiences. Users should review generated content before sharing.
Age Requirements
You must be at least 13 years old to use this App, or have parental consent. Users under 18 should have parental supervision when using the App.
Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend access to the App immediately, without notice, for conduct that violates these terms or is harmful to other users or the App.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
